Beausoleil Denied Parole

Thanks to St. Circumstance for the heads up..
Bobby (age 63) had his 15th parole hearing yesterday December 15, 2010.  Surprise, surprise he was denied.  His next hearing will be in five years.  I tried like hell to find more information than this but, there is nothing else out there.  If I find anything else good, I will post it.

That's a shame. He's still smokin' hot.

Add some patchouli, B.O, and vomit and it's old times again!

Gotta be something else going on here besides the obvious Manson association. Killers are paroled all the time serving way less than 40 years.

That's just it, Tom. NO ONE wants to be the one to release them because of the political backlash it could cause. In that sense (and that sense ONLY), they are political prisoners.

If they committed the exact same crimes, but didn't receive the media attention, they would all be free.

i would imagine it was a (well deserved)hard and long lesson learned. and if they got out, they would behave. they are pretty much senior citizens now, what kinda trouble could they cause now? a few ATWA protests? but who knows. to be trusted- maybe- maybe not.

and IF they didnt change the law they would be dead, and IF they didnt break the law it wouldnt have mattered

And IF my aunt had a penis- she would be my uncle lol :)

it is jsut kinda funny when you really think about it... ( or sad?)

If they weren't associated with Charlie- they would get out early like all the other killers....

Sigh....

i believe that no other female in US prision history had served as much time as Susan Atkins, until cancerkarma finished her off.

I remember reading some time ago that he had several infractions while associated with the Aryan Brotherhood. Maybe he got time added for that? He has served a long time & I think out of everyone he has probably changed the most, but if it were my son he killed, I would not want him out.
