Wow-check out this version.

"If Bobby Beausoleil had simply told the truth and told his attorney that he had killed Gary Hinman because he had been coerced into killing him by Danny Decarlo, Bobby Beausoleil would have been out of prison 30 years ago."

What a bunch of crap. Chock full of inaccuracies. Danny the LEADER of the SS???? Hulking???? I should have stopped reading there.

Seems to me that she wasn't really interested in any of the factual evidence. Seems like a lost little girl, trying to minimise CM's role, while this is one of the murders CM was physically at the scene, with the SS Sword...

Diary of a Dumb Ass.

1. Sell tons of stuff to biker gang without test driving product.

2. Kill friend who you got stuff from.

3. Fall asleep on roadside in victim's car with murder weapon on board.

Joanne Baileyhas fallen through the rabbit hole for sure.

Regarding the dumb ass diary...I believe that BB fled Spahn's in GH's vehicle at the suggestion of Manson. I'm not even really sure that BB knew the weapon was hidden in the wheelwell...I've always wondered whether Manson had set this up...

One point is true. IF Bobbie had copped a plea bargin he would have got a lighter sentence. Instead he chose to ride the "Manson made me do it" train, which really came to bite him back in the ass.

Interesting theory on the weapon.

I am doubting that gary H was manufacturing drugs at the time of his murder. I have yet to read about any lab equipment found in his home by police investing the case. If it was there they would have made a big deal about it at the time and this simpley was not the case.

Ella Jo Bailey's testimony debunks the drug theory behind Hinman's death. She had split after the Hinman murder and hadn't been with the family after that point. She had nothing to lose or anything to gain from her testimony.

So what did she say, Ken?

Ken619 said...

She testified she was the one that suggested going to get money from Hinman.

She said that in the summer of 69, Manson mentioned several times to family members that they needed money for dune buggies to go to the desert.

She said, Manson asked if anyone knew of someone with money for buggies.

She testified, “I said I believed Gary Hinman owned his own house in Topanga Canyon and I believed he had stocks and bonds"

Why I give her testimony credence, is that she split from the family before they were arrested and wasn't part of the circus during the trials. She wasn't taking the blame like the other girls and she wasn't trying to present Manson as being innocent. She had nothing to lose or anything to gain from her testimony.

Yes. Ella is to be considered one of the heroes of the trials.

Ok, there's gotta be heroes for everything

but didn't they stole the buggys? all that Hinman thing for just 1000$? I don't believe they could get many buggys from that, am I wrong?
