  2. I love this kinda things about Manson, cartoons, portraits and so on. There is not much of that kinda things to get here in Holland. I remember seeing a docu on TV about Amsterdam in the late 60's begin 70's about hippies and so, they showed a big poster of Manson and the text written was; ''Follow the New Messiah to his Underground Paradise ?? or something like that. Does somebody knows here if Alfred Neumann (MAD) ever did a parody or cartoon on Manson ??

  4. Hellz I will look to see if there is something vintage that Mad may have done. In the meantime here's a link to something sort of current that Mad did when Charlie was denied parole this last time.

  5. I've not aware if MAD did a totally Manson-centred spoof in the 70s but I know I saw him mentioned in the magazine off and on when I used to read it. Makes sense considering he has become a pop culture figure.

One instance that comes to mind was a MAD article claiming to be excerpts from a Satanist 'lifestyle magazine'. The music review section was by Manson, who was reviewing... the White Album. I think this was the first place I learned who Manson was when I was a little kid, actually.

  6. ....Ritual murder ethic....LOL. You nailed it, Matt; that's definitely the piece de resistance.

I wonder if during the reenactment of the murders they're gonna have Charlie eating ice cream ( or was it a milkshake? I forget exactly)
