Charles Manson's ATWA - member kills man / ATWA now a Terrorist Organization

I did a little bit of follow-up on this and was able to find an article written when Broderick was killed.  It says more about Nowlin's co-defendant than it does about Nowlin but there is a bit of info on him.  ...Deb

  1. Wow! I'm glad that I'm not a criminal. That kind of thing happens all the time. I notice that when Star posted under "No Hipocrisy Here" she posted under his name.

  7. I really ought to check in more often! Wow!

I did a little searching and found that Kenneth Nowlin and Travis Frazier stabbed Evan Broderick, 20, to death May 11, 2009. The trial and sentencing happened last year so it's all a done deal now. Broderick was serving a robbery conviction out of Sonoma County.

  9. I was stationed at Marine Corp Air Station (Helicopter) Tustin and lived in base housing with an Irvine address when I was a Corpsman. Irvine is pretty low crime rate city. In fact, I don't think there was a bad area at all back then. It never ceases to amaze me how some people can get so violent and others not.....

  10. ATWA is an organization that in theory is great. ATWA's only problem are the people who use it as a tool, and use it as a way to spread Manson's word.

Manson told me, that "ATWA is not me- I am not ATWA. People need to stop using my face for ATWA. ATWA is air, trees, wildlife, and the rivers. People using Manson for ATWA is the destruction of ATWA."

When I quoted this, it caused a huge uproar and a lot of ATWA people went against me. The next day Manson called me:

"I think you took me out of context. When I said" "I am not ATWA," I meant that the police are saying that I am trying to use ATWA to scam money from people."

    So, even he back-pedaled.

The reason why no one takes ATWA seriously is because of people like this guy.

  11. First: that you also provide your detractors with a vocal forum to be used against you, shows that you are better than most of us - on many fronts.

Second: One of the primary clues as to whether something is a $$$ scam or a legitimate enterprise is:

Whether the party receiving the $$$ provides something in return with an equal $$$ value. Otherwise, IF you give $$$ to anyone, without receiving something of equal value - YOU have been scammed !

NOW, can YOU recognize ALL the ORGANIZATIONS that have been scamming YOU ?

  12. wow, death plus ten years. I think the state should be forced to incarcerate his rotting corpse in his cell for ten years to make sure the sentence is carried out fully.

  17. To Runic;

The other day the POPE said HE feels "responsible" for the "Priest molestations" Does that mean HE is turning himself in for HIS involvement in facilitating the crimes ?

    Ann:
That's how I felt when the judge revealed such a judicial secret.

  18. I think what Runic was trying to say if the cleaner of the shithouse in a bar kills a neighbour in a fight over noise that does not mean the bar is reponsible for murder.
