Larry Bailey

The man in the black shirt (at left at the start) is Larry Giddings (Larry Bailey) who allegedly participated in Donald "Shorty" Shea's murder as well as served prison time for the Hawthorne shootout. His turn to speak begins shortly after 45:00 in case you want to skip ahead.

Larry is lucky that no one has publically outed him within the Leftist community. He published a short bio when he was in prison that mentions the date of the Hawthorn shoot out but makes it look like it was a leftist armed action

In a way it was a leftist armed action. Just a bit on the kooky side.....

Some killing is wrong and gets you life in state prison.

Other killing is justified and gets you lifetime benefits. And a parade on holidays, where you can wear that beret and look old and cranky and paranoid and all that.

I'd like to hear some of your thoughts on why some murderers are more righteous than other murderers.........

Moreover, why some state worker with a degree in who knows what, decides who goes free, and who stays in a poorly run over crowded facility?

What says urine?

G TOM: Ponder this one. I just over-heard this TV audio coming from an old cowboy movie. A guy was claiming he didn't do the crime and the Sheriff said: "OK, come along with me and we'll give you a chance to prove your innocence."

NOW, that makes SENSE to me. So why don't WE pass a law that requires the cops on the street to "give the accused a chance to PROVE their innocence - BEFORE they are executed ?

I don't know what that meant dude. But I will say that I root for the bad guys, because I work for the good guys and know this side of it.

Sometimes the bad guys aren't so bad, and the good guys aren't so good.

@Mr Hendrickson. Isnt it like this ?? : Innocent UNTIL PROOVEN Guilty in a court of Law... So when arrested by cops you are innocent to begin with, I mean, dont have to PROOF that you are Innocent. At moment of arrest you ARE... Thats here in Netherlands

Robert Hendrickson said...

YES Hellz Bellz, BUT in reality, as demonstrated in a beloved "western" movie, follow the actual procedure.

FIRST a sheriff arrests YOU. If HE does NOT KILL you in the process, YOU proceed to the second step.

SECOND: A prosecutor presents "evidence" in such a way to convince a jury YOU are GUILTY.

THIRD: YOUR attorney must PROVE to the jury YOU are really innocent.

FOURTH: The JUDGE instructs the jury on how to CONVICT / ACQUIT you, based upon WHO's courtroom presentation?

CONCLUSION: YOU must PROVE your INNOCENCE to a JURY.

It's NOT a tough one to figure-out - simple reality verses wishful thinking.

@ Mr Hendrickson, I know there is a difference between the written Laws, and the reality. But some things just work different here in Europe. I made my comment in ,,European,, view....

HellzBellz, I'm always interested in the beliefs, values, and customs of other cultures. Anthropology was my favorite class in college. Thanks for all of your interesting posts.

Hellz Bellz: The point is - in the MANSON Case Charlie was declared guilty in the public square and then HE did NOT exercise his "chance" to PROVE his INNOCENCE - thus creating a real glitch in the American Legal system. Among other things demonstrating what a GAME the "law and order" system really is.

As for the Netherlands - we are talking about the MOST progressive country on earth - like about 50 years ahead of the rest of us.
IE: The lone state of Colorado just made recreational use of WEED legal and a revenue producing business.

In the Netherlands, petty crimes don't really exist. In the US, if someone tries to snatch your purse or wallet, just let them have it or they may KILL you. The Dutch history includes (1) turning the world's largest swamp into usable land. (2) creating a business profit sharing system that eventually became the "stock market" (3) creating some of the world's MOST renowned art works like the "Night Watch" Oddly, I think the Netherlands was the first European nation to make English a second language in schools.

AND how about WINDMILLS for power - America, only within the last decade fully realized the FREE power available from the wind.

AND, why is this all so - because the ONLY thing we were taught in public schools about the Netherlands - in the last 50 years - is the story of Ann Frank

We in America have generations that only learned and know what the movies taught us. Outlaws, Sheriffs, cowboys and bad Indians. The Dutch, on the other hand, have a system of identifying problems and then inventing solutions for solving the problem.

America has really ONLY discovered that violence and crime creates employment - IF you build upon a system that utilizes Soldiers, Cops, Lawyers, Judges, PRISON Guards and of course, undertakers.

So all Charlie Manson really did was give us the greatest American "movie" of ALL time.

Important thing is that every time Larry acted it was because he believed his actions were right. That doesn't make him a criminal--that makes him his own person and BRAND NEW!

Charlie never had no major disagreement with Larry. Facts are facts!

I have to disagree. All I hear is a crybaby, radical liberal criminal. He strikes me as the type that will whine if he feels that his 1st Amendment rights are violated whether real or perceived and will trample anyone elses 1st amendment rights if they disagree.....
