Charlie and company lived here for about three months. I might be wrong but I think parts of Ramrodder were filmed here. It looks like the house has been remodeled. It looks very different from the rest of the homes in the area. I think the plaster was done and the windows have been replaced with modern glass. It's the location though.

It was not the best remodel I've seen. Topanga Canyon is a trip. There are multi million $$$ homes on a hill with a view and right below it there are people living in shacks as big as a tool shed. Pretty strange for Southern CA. Neat place but the politics of the area would prevent me from living there.
I'm trying to clear up some chronological questions about this address. Is anyone knowledgeable enough to help me?
